悲傷要好好釋放
看到有不快事情，不少人第一時間都會先動怒，但怒氣過後，悲傷就會來襲，有些人更是份外容易被悲傷情緒侵襲。中醫稱之為「善悲」，這類人因為心肺氣虛，易有情緒低落、心悸氣短，晚上睡眠質素也較差，特別容易出現不能自制的悲傷及易哭。假如你也有以上的情況，不如試試以下方法，適度紓緩及好好調節一下情緒吧！請記住，悲傷時總有人在！
1/茶療補肺氣
材料：太子參6克、遠志6克、茯神9克
做法：所有材料洗淨，放入鍋中注入800毫升水，武火煮30分鐘，連藥材倒入保溫瓶即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
功效：益氣安神。
2/大哭一場抒發情緒
有時候哭並不代表懦弱，反而是一種抒發的方式，所以當你覺得悲傷想哭時，不要強忍淚水，寧可好好大哭一場！不想家人擔心？就在洗澡時大聲放哭吧。
3/聽音樂好入眠
睡得不好？首先放下手上的電話，讓自己好好沉澱一下，也可播放抒情的音樂，如有淨化心靈作用的spa音樂，都有助放鬆情緒，有助入眠。
4/和身邊人抱一抱
人覺得悲傷時，總會感覺孤單無助，其實想深一層，身邊還有家人、朋友，甚至是志同道合的，其實都站在你的一方，隨時候命。有時候一個簡單的擁抱，已勝千言萬語。
5/毛孩治癒心靈
不想與別人交談？不如選擇跟家中毛孩來個親密時間，面對可愛的動物們，可以讓你放下戎裝及悲傷。帶狗狗出街走走，又或是與貓咪抱抱，都可以撫慰心靈。
