My dear,
I spent many years figuring out who i am, put up many different looks to make myself look more special in my eyes. That was fun, to be honestttt, though at points i felt quite lost haha.
These days, i just fall back into my natural self: black, long hair, simple make-up touch, smile more, be okay with my shy nature and see beauty in it heheeee❤️ amazing how when you care less, you shine brighter! I just feel so in touch with my authentic self these days!
Soooooooo we remake a song from 2000 and make a historian-vibed video to celebrate this amazing reality that we’re in haha ❤️ when i was 10, i wanted to sing this song, to be like Đan Trường Cẩm Ly hahaaa, so why not making that 10-year-old soul happy by doing this right hahaaaaaa...
Thanks my dear It's Charles for getting me involved hahahahahha love ya 🙏🏻
To everyone whos reading i hope you, too, will see the fact that we can bring our old “dream” to reality so easily now that we’re older ❤️ please celebrate yourself you deserve all the compliments and motivations from youuuuuu!! 💃🏻
Much love,
Now imma stop being deep and laugh at my silly self in the video hahahaa👀

They say love is DEEP and vast like an ocean. Well, sometimes in life you might end up giving a whole ocean to people who would rather splash in muddles. Uh oh. So what do you do? Well, YOU enjoy that ocean. Learn to ride the waves and swim in all that love that you deserve. Love yourself the way you want to be loved. Oh, don’t forget to share it with your loved ones who care about you and matter the most though. It makes it more fun.
Welcome to my very first comic. I enjoy reading webtoons so very much and decided that for 2021, drawing will be a great outlet for me to express my little thoughts of life and all random shenanigans. I am new to this and something quite rather simple like this took me days to draw but I am SO happy and excited to LEARN how to draw digitally. All I ever did as a child was create my own comic books so it’s amazing how things work out because almost two decades later, here I am drawing again. Please feel free to follow my comic page @bubzcomics for more doses of laughter and happiness to come. It would make my day so much if you will Like, Comment and Share too 🥺. Welcome to my new little venture. Love, Bubz xo

Courtesy of 56 years of constant practice. I'm getting better and better at maintaining a healthy relationship with myself. Another year older, another year wiser and I keep advancing in the #SelfLove department. Happy 56 to me ! ( It's still Dec 9 here in the States, guess I'm gonna celebrate again tmrw, off to bed now, nite nite ! )
Thank you all for your continuous love and support for letting me be me !!
The biggest gift you can offer me is to commit to advocating for Self-care and Self-advocacy.
#SelfCare - a journey that has no end. It's a conscious act that one takes to promote their own physical, mental and emotional health. ( #Exercise improves your mood and gives you an improved sense of well-being that can help prevent and treat mental illnesses like depression ). I love staying in shape because it makes me feel good and somewhat Superior, lol...
#SelfAdvocacy - the ability to speak up for yourself and the things that are important to you. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need and want and tell people about your thoughts and feelings. Not only you know your rights and responsibilities, you speak up for your rights, and you make choices and decisions that affect your life.
Someone asked me what's the biggest challenge during the process of reinventing myself. #SelfDoubt - there'll always be people that are unsupportive of your goals. Naysayers or critical people who actively say things to discourage you. There are also those who think you're stupid for missing out on opportunities. Truth is, in order to continue to be the advocate for natural beauty routine, health and wellbeing, I did turn down multiple commercial skincare product endorsement jobs, simply because they contradicted my beliefs. Ok, I'm stupid 🤪
My Story
People often ask me how on earth could a 56 yrs old woman look so young? What product do you use?
My answer has always been the same since I was 28. Self-care, healthy lifestyle and I use my own recipe to create my own essential oil products.
It all began in 1992, my then boyfriend's mother, Karen, who led a very organic lifestyle, introduced me to the aromatherapy world. I went from reading a book about aromatherapy to seriously studying it, and then working on creating my own recipes. Creating my own perfect essential oil blend took me a bit of trial and error but it’s a task that was a lot of fun. And of course, the biggest satisfaction came from seeing how my skin transformed over time.
It’s been a long time dream to have my own natural product line. However, in order to prove that my products work, I would need time to prove it. I knew that if I could let myself grow old without aging much, that would be the most solid proof that speaks louder than anything else. I was determined to show the world that leading a healthy lifestyle and using only organic products can truly slow down aging. We can all look amazing and age beautifully and gracefully without any help from cosmetic surgeries or regular visits to your dermatologists or esties.
Good things take time, after countless tests on real humans, a little improvement at a time, slowly refining all my recipes. Here I am, 28 years later...I'm ready to present you with my homemade products. The first in line is "For your eyes only", 100% natural without any preservatives, suitable for all skin types, organically and carefully crafted, and prepared by me, just me, with my own two hands, with love!!
There’s a saying that goes “ If you need to convince anyone else, be sure you’re convinced… “. Yes, I am, very much so…
For those who believe in me, I've prepared a small batch of my babies, all signed and numbered, each in their own little luggage just for you. Guess what? They've already arrived Hong Kong. They're only available through one channel, one person actually, my darling hairdresser, Gary.
Please WhatsApp Gary only if you're interested in my product. +852 98850960
" For your eyes only " is an overnight treatment that helps visibly smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, firm the look of skin and actively hydrates while you sleep. It's lightweight and so gentle that it melts right on your skin as soon as you apply. It's a 12 weeks' supply if you use it nightly. But if you're desperate like some of my clients, and you wanna see improvement sooner, the bottle will still last you a good 6 weeks 😉

Hey guys,
It seems like it took us forever to edit this vlog. But we hope we are not too late~ First, we would like to thank you guys for all the bday wishes. You guys made our day even more special and warmer ?? We hope that we can continue to celebrate more bdays with you guys ???
We realised we only have 5000-word limitation here so we couldn't answer everyone. Sorry guys~ We'll probably answer them in our other vlogs.
Lots of love,
Jo & Sue
?IG QUESTIONS?
? What kind of app you use to edit your insta stories?
Sue: Inshot app. Cinema 02 filter + grains OR I use SNOW app
Jo: VSCO. M5 filter, M5 +2.8, Exposure +0.4, Contrast +0.5, Sharpen +4.1, White Balance : Temperature -0.9, Tint +1.2, Vignette +8.0, Grain +4.0
? How to you manage alone time?
We both have our own routine & we respect each other space. We actually spend most of our time alone~ Just in the vlog it seems like we are together 24/7
? If all expenses paid and no pain at all, what kind of plastic surgery would you girls do?
Love this question! We do get sponsorship offer for plastic surgery and we have kinda high tolerance for pain but we still rejected the offer =) We don’t think we would change a thing~ It’s not that we are happy with everything that we’re born with just that we think we rather learn to love what we are given. That being said, we are not against plastic surgery either.
? With your current income, do you guys be able to make a living on your own?
We survived. LOL~ It’s not a lot but we love what we do and we’ll continue to work hard.
? What happens if you are over 35 and have not married yet?
Good question~ We don’t think it should be an issue. Married or not, it won't change a thing =)
? Is there any tips or book recommended to start reading?
We all have different book preferences. When people say they are not a reader we always think that they have not found the right book. It’s not you, it’s the book LOL So keep searching and keep reading. Don’t feel bad to leave a book if you don’t like it~
? What if one day you two fall in love with the same guy?
It’s not going to happen~ We both have different taste in guys
? If you were to focus on one thing you can improve on, what would it be?
Sue: I would like to improve my sleeping habit. I need to sleep early.
Jo: For work, I want to improve my Photoshop skill. For personal, I want to overcome my fear of crowds.
? What is something which gives you happiness recently?
Jo: Baking cakes & learning crochet
Sue: Exercising & Baking breads
? Places / Country you guys want to travel when C19 ends or safe to travel again?
Jo: Korea
Sue: Taiwan~ Since we’re learning Mandarin, I think Taiwan is the great to practice my Mandarin. Plus, I like Taiwan.
? What’s your preference in guys?
Jo: I like hardworking guys. And also someone who knows how to enjoy life alone and with people too.
Sue: I like animated guys… I’ll leave it as that. LOL
? What made you start your own business? How to solve it when no customer buy?
We started our first business as a side thing. We just love clothings and we thought selling clothing would be fun. When we closed our clothing business down, opening another business seems like a familiar thing to do~
& how to get more customers? You can pay for ads. Get influencers to promote your business. Get family and friends to spread the news.
? Do you guys inspire each other? Who inspire who the most?
We both have different style so we get inspirations from outside sources ( like on Pinterest, YouTube or Instagram)
? How tall are you guys? Both of you look so tall.
We get that a lot. But we are tiny~ 157cm =)
?What’s the cutest thing someone did for you?
Jo: The cutest thing is when a perfect stranger gave me an extra rose because he saw my then bf only gave me one stalk of rose. lol
Sue: When my mum bought us balloons on our birthday
? Advice to those who are entering into their 20s?
Jo: If you just entering your 20s, Welcome to adulthood~
My advice … Live & Be happy. Do what you love. Learn about yourself as much as you can. Learn new things. Try new things. and use SPF HAHA!
Sue: This is an exciting time. Like what Jo said, "Learn about yourself as much as you can". It's the time you get to choose what you want to do, what you want to be and be sure to choose wisely who you surround yourself with. .

-----------------------
10 REASONS HAVING FACIAL HAIR IS OVERRATED FOR ASIAN GUYS (MOVEMBER)
Many Asian guys dread Movember - a global movement that encourages men all over the world to grow moustaches in support of combating prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health challenges.
As the stereotype goes, Asian’s can’t grow facial hair, or at least find it very hard to, and unlike some other Asian stereotypes, this one is kind of true.
I actually did a video a few months ago on Asians not being able to grow facial hair and I received quite a few comments and questions from unhappy Asian guys longing for more than just baby hairs.
But you know, I feel its overrated. It seems like the universe likes to screw around with us because there are many Asian guys who can’t grow facial hair but would really like to, and then there’s me, an Asian guy who CAN grow facial hair, but never cared for having that ability.
Here’s 10 reasons why facial hair is overrated (for Asian guys).
1) Time
This one’s the most obvious one. It takes time, to maintain facial hair., Maintaining a well-groomed beard, or having to shave everyday takes time; time that’s better spent sleeping in, reading the paper or checking emails.
2) Cuts & Irritations
I don’t have this problem because I never shave.
But for most jobs, one is actually expected to look presentable which means frequent shaving, and thus a higher likelihood for cuts or irritations.
3) Career
A lot of jobs require a fresh face, especially in Asia. In fact, a study has shown that 84% of HR professionals agree that clean-shaven, facially hairless employees, have a much higher chance of being promoted than those with beards, moustaches and stubble.
So for those who can’t really grow facial hair.....who cares! You’re naturally one step closer to rising the ranks anyway.
4) Ageing
People often make fun of guys who can’t grow facial hair for having young looking faces.
But, really? You’re making fun of someone because they look youthful? How many people would kill to look young for their age?
Although I guess the counter to that is that asians never age, so there’s nothing to worry about. That’s a misconception. Asians do age slowly, but up to a certain point; maybe to their early 30’s, and then BAM! Oldie.
5) Food Magnet
Food. Beard. Magnet.
6) Female Perspective
Yes some studies have shown that a fair share of women do like facial hair on a guy, but this viewpoint is primarily directed towards white guys. Out of the women who are into Asian guys however, I think they prefer a clean shaven look. Especially Asian girls. From my experience, Asian females seem too not be a fan.
And for non-Asian females who are into Asian guys, they don’t care, they really don’t. If they’re into Asian dudes, they probably even prefer a hairless, smooth appearance.
7) Scratchiness
It’s not pleasant for a girl when your rough stubble cheese grates across her delicate face. That scratchiness can be really irritating for her.
8) Moustaches
When it comes to moustaches, and assuming you’re an Asian guy, do the world a favour and don’t attempt to grow one. Asians just don’t look good in those soup strainers.
Do you really wanna be looking like an Asian pedophile?
9) Celebrities
If you’re bothered by your lack of facial hair, you’re probably somewhat influenced by Hollywood and western pop culture. But even so, there are a number of heartthrob stars who are as facially sparse as the average Asian.
To name a few, Harry Styles, Michael Cera, Justin Bieber ....okay maybe they aren’t the manliest of men, but you can’t deny their popularity with girls. So if that’s your concern, it’s really no big deal.
10) Does It Even Matter?
'Nuff said.
