前一陣子我妹 @Yin Yu Wang 問我,攀岩受傷正常嗎?
受傷,非常正常。:)
#運動傷害
運動總是會伴隨運動傷害,重點是:
1. 有身體感知知道自己受傷了
2. 知道自己怎麼受傷的
3. 適當的休息,同時下次避免同樣的受傷
4. 如果很久沒攀,覺得強度太高沒信心,需要循序漸進
1. #有身體感知知道自己受傷了
- 有些是肌肉深層的拉傷,或扭到有多嚴重,這些眼睛看不到,需要身體感知。
- 反覆出現或疼痛5天以上,務必去看醫生或物理治療。
2. #知道怎麼受傷的
- 有時候是運動姿勢/習慣姿勢不對,那這個就一定要改掉(像我的斜肩)。
- 有時候是水泡快破了,那同一條路線就不要再試了,去爬爬用腳的平衡板,因為水泡沒破可以爬更多條路線。
3. #適當的休息
- 適當的休息不是指完全不能動,可以轉換運動,改去跑步或是游泳,瑜伽拉筋伸展身體,或趁這時候按摩手腳,絕對比完全不動要好,下次啟動身體時還是記得運動的感覺。
4. #暖身就是練習
如果很久沒攀,或覺得強度太高沒信心,需循序漸進
- 先從基礎開始練習當暖身,身體需要一段時間啟動熟悉感覺
- 從橫渡開始,練習不限手腳點,3分鐘都在牆上不要下來,下來後休息3分鐘,這樣反覆來回三個循環
- 練習 silence feet
- 練習抓岩點前滯空停三秒再抓(三秒鐘練習)
- 練習換腳訓練
- 練習 drop knee* & back step
- 練習 inside & outside flag
- 練習雙手放開微動態抓點 dynamic move
這些是我到現在,暖身時都會不斷重複做的練習,順便當暖身。
身體的控制力掌握度會隨著小練習不斷累積,不是一蹴可幾,但你一定會從中感受到身體的回饋,累積久了就等於進步。

**Drop knee 說明
暖身時的 drop knee 單指腳尖膝蓋轉向,受傷風險低。
DEEP drop knee 則是膝蓋低過腳尖,像蹲著一樣的姿勢,膝蓋的壓迫較多,受傷風險很高要注意。

My favourite yet most challenging activity in @clubmedbintan - The Static Trapeze!
The first time I tried it was five years back as a mum of two and let's just say I've grown much more after giving birth to the third. So I felt very doubtful about whether I could even pull myself up or stay put in a hanging position and not fall. Was it easy? Of course... not. I've always been impressed by trapeze acrobats and I've realised it takes such skill, strength and willpower to master any of the tricks.
So happy I had a chance to try this out and you should know that I was very determined to succeed. Haha. After all, the hubby was watching and he went before me. If he could do it, so could I! While the first two poses (one arm one leg and bird's nest) were relatively easy, the last couple of tricks were difficult, even for the men. I told the circus crew Susan that I wasn't sure if I had the strength to pull myself to a sitting position on the trapeze but she assured me I could and encouraged me to try my best. And I did. Thank you, Susan!
The last mermaid position was challenging and she had to remind me to make sure my bum was on the bar when I leaned backwards, if not I would lose my balance and fall. Well, the bar was thin and not only was it hard and awkward to sit on, it was also way too small for the bum of this mum of 3. Lol. So I was stuck for a while but eventually managed to do it and still posed for one last shot while sitting on the bar with my hands lifted up. Yay!
Hope to try this out again the next time we visit and the next, next and every visit in the future.
P.S. The girls were in the Kids Club but they came over at the last couple of minutes and saw me doing the last trick. Ariel said "I don't even know if I can do what you did" and Angel said "You did well, Mama." Awwww. Thanks girls, of course the two of you will do a better job than me. I have no doubt about that. Glad we all love the trapeze!

I like to begin with a basic cardiovascular warm-up lasting up to10 minutes, or until I have broken a light sweat. This increases the strength of the signals between your nerves and muscles while warming your muscles and joints, thus enhancing the benefits of the TRX dynamic warm-up. This portion of the warm-up can be accomplished in several ways such as light jogging, ladder drills, stationary exercises and jumping rope to name a few. Make sure to vary your cardiovascular warm-up exercise routine to break up the monotony and keep it fun.
After your body is warm then it is time to move on to the TRX dynamic warm-up portion. Dynamic warm-ups are designed to enhance coordination and motor ability as well as revving up the central nervous system. Dynamic stretching takes a static stretch and then animates it with movement and repetition. The TRX suspension trainer allows the user to move actively into a stretch, hold the stretch passively at the end point with the suspension trainer supporting the weight and then move actively back out of the stretch, adding repetition as desired.
There are a variety of different exercises that you can choose from when designing your dynamic warm-up. Be sure to move in and out of the stretch, don't hold any position for a long period of time and move swiftly between exercises.
➢ Cardiovascular warm-up: 5-10 min of skipping rope
TRX dynamic warm-up for MMA
➢ TRX Forward Lunge with (I, Y, & T fly's): 30 sec each arm direction
➢ TRX Standing Roll Out: 1 min
➢ Suspended Hip Rotations: 30 sec each leg
➢ TRX Side Lunge: 1 min
➢ Forward Leg Swing w/ Hip Hinge: 30 sec each leg
➢ TRX Standing Figure-four Stretch: 30 sec each leg
