I made a pocket hole jig system that can be manufactured without the need for a drill guide.

You can make this jig if you have a circular saw, a hand drill, and a thread saw.
If set in the dust collector, wood chips are not scattered and smart woodworking is possible.
The stand for positioning is removable using neodymium magnet.
Despite adsorption with a force of more than 20 kg, the system is easily removable.

Squishy Skeleton Egg Strap
黄身が動くよ♡スケルトン卵ストラップ
【Materials】
· Silicone mold
· gloves
· UV-LED resin
· Coloring agent white
· Squishy ball parts
· Nipper
· Baby oil
· Syringe
· Hand drill
· Baby oil
· Screw eye
· Round jump ring
· Strap parts
【Steps】
1, Pour the resin into the silicon mold, cover it, and harden it.
2, Mix the resin with colorant.
3. Pour white resin into silicon mold, cover and harden.
4, Put the ball part in.
5, Apply resin around it and place over transparent hemisphere and harden.
6, Cut the extra parts with a nipper.
7, Drill a hole.
8, Inject baby oil with a syringe. If you put too much in, wipe it clean.
9, Make sure that no baby oil is around the hole, apply resin to screw eye, plug it in to cover the hole and harden it.
10, To avoid leaks, apply resin again from the top of screw eye and harden it
11, Cut the extra parts with a nipper
12, Attach the strap parts with a round jump ring

・シリコンモールド
・手袋
・UV-LEDレジン
・着色料 白
・ぷよぷよボール
・ニッパー
・ベビーオイル
・シリンジ
・ピンバイス
・ベビーオイル
・ヒートン
・丸カン
・ストラップパーツ
【つくり方】
1,シリコンモールドにレジンを注ぎ蓋をして、硬化させる。
2,レジンに着色料を混ぜる。
3,シリコンモールドに白のレジンを注ぎ蓋をして、硬化させる。
4,ぷよぷよボールを入れる。
5,周りにレジンを塗り透明の半球と重ね合わせて、硬化させる。
6,ニッパーでバリを切る。
7,ピンバイスで穴をあける。
8,シリンジでベビーオイルを注入する。ベビーオイルを入れすぎた場合はきれいに拭き取りましょう。
9,穴の周りにベビーオイルが付着していないことを確認し、ヒートンにレジンを塗り、穴にふたするように栓をして硬化させる。
10,漏れる恐れがあるので、ヒートンの上からもう一度レジンを塗り、硬化させる
11,残りのバリをニッパーで切る
12,丸カンでストラップパーツをつける
完成
※作業中は手袋の使用、部屋の換気をおすすめします
※レジンは高温となりますので取り扱いには十分に注意してください。
Easy Resin Chain Earring
輪っかに通すだけ！レジンのチェーンピアス♡
【Materials】
· Silicon mold ring type
· UV-LED resin SOFT
· Random-cut Aurora flakes Pink
· gloves
· Toning palette
· Toning stick
· UV light
· Utility knife
· Clear file folder (something to work on)
· Hand drill
· Screw eye
· Round jump ring
· Stone with jump ring
· Earring parts
· Flat pincers
【Steps】
1) Mix the resin and aurora and pour it into the mold
2) Cure with UV light
3) After removing, make cut in the middle sized ring
4) Pass small and large sized rings through the cut, apply a small amount of resin on the cross section and harden
5) Drill a hole in the small sized ring
6) Apply resin to screw eye, insert in hole, and harden
7) Once you connect the stone and earring parts with a round jump ring, it is completed!
難しい工程はナシ！モールドがひとつあれば簡単に作れちゃいます！

・乱切りオーロラ ピンク
・手袋
・調色パレット
・調色スティック
・UVライト
・カッター
・クリアファイルまたは下敷きになるもの
・ピンバイス
・ヒートン
・丸カン
・カン付きストーン
・ピアス金具
・平ヤットコ
【手順】
1)レジンと乱切りオーロラを混ぜ、モールドに流し込む
2)UVライトで硬化させる
3)取り外したら、中サイズのリングにカッターで切り込みを入れる
4)小サイズと大サイズのリングを切り込みから通し、断面にレジンを少量塗って硬化させる
5)ピンバイスで小サイズのリングに穴を開ける
6)ヒートンにレジンを塗って、穴に差し込んだら硬化させる
7)丸カンでストーンとピアス金具を接続したら完成！
切り込みを入れやすくするためにソフトレジンを使用しておりますが、ハードでも可能です♪(硬いので少々時間がかかります)
