美股走高，總統拜登週五簽署新的行政命令，打擊科技巨頭壟斷行為，減少企業併購並擴大市場競爭；中國人民銀行宣布 7 月 15 日下調金融機構存款准備金率 0.5 個百分點，釋放長期資金約人民幣 1 兆元。

美國各大指數止跌反彈，目前以標普五百、那斯達克等指數較強，道瓊工業指數次之，費城半導體指數較弱，整體來說，上周的震盪是一般性的整理。

強勢股 : TRV.US，透過旗下子公司在美國與國際上提供一系列商業和個人物業、意外事故保險產品和服務給企業、政府單位、協會和個人；CHKP.US(Check Point Software Technologies Ltd.)從事軟體的開發與行銷及硬體解決方案，應用於資訊技術安全。

台股上周五回檔較深，17700點微幅跌破，但未破17500點，周一有可能再站回去17700點以上，因進入半年報公布期間，且18000點以上反壓較重，幾度價量背離，可在反彈時將持股降到中水位。

強勢股 : 傳產股資金有轉進電子股跡象，威鋒、91APP、聚鼎、晶相、景碩等續強，本周注意台積電法說對下半年之展望。

道瓊指數上漲 448.23 點，或 1.30%，收 34,870.16 點。
標普 500 指數上漲 48.73 點，或 1.13%，收 4,369.55 點。
那斯達克指數上漲 142.13 點，或 0.98%，收 14,701.92 點。
費城半導體指數上漲 55.6 點，或 1.72%，收 3,278.4 點。
標普 11 大板塊集體收漲，金融、能源和材料板塊領漲。

通用汽車 (GM-US) 上漲 4.85%；Biogen (BIIB-US) 下跌 2.95%；蘋果 (AAPL-US) 上漲 1.31%；臉書 (FB-US) 上漲 1.38%；Alphabet (GOOGL-US) 漲 0.38%；亞馬遜 (AMZN-US) 跌 0.32%；微軟 (MSFT-US) 漲 0.19%。

道瓊成分股多收紅。高盛 (GS-US) 上漲 3.57%；波音 (BA-US) 上漲 1.19%；雪佛龍 (CVX-US) 上漲 1.43%；Salesforce (CRM-US) 下跌 0.30%；3M (MMM-US) 上漲 1.38%。

費半成分股回溫大漲。博通 (AVGO-US) 上漲 2.06%；英特爾 (INTC-US) 上漲 1.08%；應用材料 (AMAT-US) 上漲 1.79%；美光 (MU-US) 上漲 2.11%；AMD (AMD-US) 上漲 1.29%；NVIDIA (NVDA-US) 漲 0.74%；高通 (QCOM-US) 上漲 2.27%。

台股 ADR 勁揚。台積電 ADR (TSM-US) 上漲 2.28%；日月光 ADR (ASX-US) 上漲 2.77%；聯電 ADR (UMC-US) 上漲 2.25%；中華電信 ADR (CHT-US) 上漲 1.03%。

企業新聞

中國國家互聯網信息辦公室週五將「滴滴企業版」等 25 款應用程式 (App) 下架，但滴滴在連續四個交易日下跌後回升，滴滴 (DIDI-US) 上漲 7.31% 至每股 12.03 美元。

其他中概股也止跌回升，阿里巴巴 (BABA-US) 收紅 3.05% 和百度 (BIDU-US) 收紅 3.12%。

世界牛仔褲龍頭 Levi Strauss (Levi's) (LEVI-US) 收紅 1.36% 至每股 28.38 美元。該公司最新財報超預期並提高 2021 下半年營收財測指導。

至每股 358.16 美元。Biogen 旗下阿茲海默症新藥 Aduhelm 於 6 月 7 日正式獲得美國食品及藥物管理局 (FDA) 批准，但由於批准銷售的過程可能存在問題，FDA 總監察長辦公室等獨立機構將展開調查。

美國 5 月批發庫存月增率終值 1.3%，預期 1.1%，前值 1.1%
華爾街分析

Longbow Asset Management 執行長 Jack Dollaride 稱：「昨天美股的所有悲觀和厄運都發生了翻天覆地的變化。與世界其他國家相比，美國處於一個泡沫中，而且不知道這種情況會持續多久？在此論調改變前，這將是一個擁有大量自由資金和低利率的市場。」

下週財報季開跑，美國大型銀行即將公布財報。Refinitiv 數據顯示，分析師預計標普成份股企業獲利增長 65.4%，高於本季預測的 54%。

Capital Economics 高級市場經濟學家 Oliver Jones 稱，隨著供應限制影響經濟活動，對美國經濟復甦的樂觀情緒見頂很合理，全球增長預期也可能面臨壓力，從絕對值來看，美國經濟強勁復甦，核心通膨可能比預期的更持久。

LPL Financial 首席市場策略師 Ryan Detrick 提到，財報季將於下週開跑，市場門檻設定很高，美企最好再創造一個出色的季度，否則可能會出現一些賣壓。

摩根士丹利首席美股策略師 Mike Wilson 表示，市場處於穩定的中期周期，通常會出現 10% 到 15% 的盤整，預計經濟增長依然強勁的背景下，將創造買入機會。

Going into the test I was expecting the two to sound different, but from the point we turn off the High Pass Filter, from a blind test we could not hear the difference. We had to put the audio into a professional audio software to check for the sound differences and it is so minimal that most people would not have heard the different. You have to be quite nit picking to really say one is better than the other in audio.

However it be a no brainer to buy the cheaper Synco Mic-D1 which also have additional feature of enable to power with AA battery and directly be plugged into a camera. While the Synco Mic-D2 only pro is that it smaller in size, but the case of both mics are the same size though.
